Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Surrey, England. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around £2,800 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
