360 excavator operator • Itasca County, Minnesota

Now hiring: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Itasca County, Minnesota. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. Day-to-day duties: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
