Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Aitkin County, Minnesota. The job is in a café. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
