VMC operator wanted in Lucas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Lucas County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
