Refrigeration technician • St. Clair County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in St. Clair County, Alabama. The role involves: • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system You should have: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC 6+ years on the tools preferred.
