Argon arc welder — Okehi

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Okehi, Kogi State. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On the job you will handle: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work 4+ years on the tools preferred.
