Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Niagara County, New York. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
