Immediate opening: bakery assistant (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Perry County, Illinois. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
