You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
