Great opportunity: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Kanabec County, Minnesota. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Willing to travel between sites Day to day you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
