Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Searcy County, Arkansas. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
