Bread and bun maker — Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Mercer County, New Jersey. The job is in a bread factory. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
