Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Doniphan County, Kansas. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 2+ years on the tools preferred.
