Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Your main tasks: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Rotating shifts.
