Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Morgan County, Utah. The job is in an open-cast quarry. Day to day you will strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. Requirements: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Part-time with flexible hours.
