Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Ihiala, Anambra State. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around ₦245,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
