Immediate opening: powder coating technician (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Washington County, Ohio. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
