Membrane applicator wanted in Greene County

Now hiring: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Greene County, New York. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel The role involves prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
