Shuttering carpenter — Kano Municipal

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Kano Municipal, Kano State. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day to day you will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦500 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
