Sausage maker wanted in Whitman County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Whitman County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
