Insulation worker — Ashley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Ashley County, Arkansas. You will work on a high-rise façade. Your main tasks: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
