Crane operator wanted in Putnam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Putnam County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity. Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
