Lathe operator wanted in Jerome County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Jerome County, Idaho. You will be based at an auto-parts workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety 3+ years on the tools preferred.
