Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
