Now hiring: formwork joiner (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Castro County, Texas. You will be based on a residential tower site. Day to day you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Rotating shifts.
