Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
