Dozer operator — Monroe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dozer operator in Monroe County, Wisconsin. The job is on a dam or embankment job. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems On a typical shift you will carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction.
