Immediate opening: electrostatic spray painter (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Livingston County, Illinois. The job is at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
