Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
