We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in City of Portsmouth, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
