Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Otoe County, Nebraska. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
