We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Solihull, England. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
