Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence You will present documents at weighbridges and check posts; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
