Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Holt County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches 6+ years on the tools preferred.
