Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium installer in Bath County, Virginia. You will work at an ACP cladding fabricator. Day to day you will fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill 1+ years on the tools preferred.
