Site dozer operator — Orange County

Now hiring: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Orange County, Texas. You will be based at an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Your main tasks: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
