Concrete placer — Collin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete placer in Collin County, Texas. The job is on a building construction site. You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods You will screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
