You will report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners.
