What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to pass a weld test on the spot The role involves: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise Full-time, day shift.
