What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
