Join our team: we are hiring a TIG welder in Scott County, Kansas. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination The role involves read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
