Trowel-trade bricklayer — Scott County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Scott County, Tennessee. You will be based on a busy housing site. On the job you will handle: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
