Kitchen porter — Jos North

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Jos North, Plateau State. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts We offer ₦155,000 per month plus benefits.
