We are recruiting: we are hiring a JCB operator in Iguegben, Edo. The role involves break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; check for underground cables and services before digging. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Six days a week, one day off.
