Laundry presser — Calhoun County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Calhoun County, Iowa. You will work in a garment export house. Day-to-day duties: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
