Prep cook — Red River County

Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
