Dish pit attendant wanted in Comal County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Comal County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time, day shift.
