Cnc setter-operator — Greater London

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Greater London, England. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. Your main tasks: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Write and edit G-code programs at the control What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
