Render and set plasterer • Borden County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Borden County, Texas. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. Day-to-day duties: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
