Oven operator — DeSoto County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in DeSoto County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Part-time with flexible hours.
